- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple countries and regions
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Monitor and improve website performance, SEO, SEM, and user engagement metrics
- Coordinate with regional teams to localize marketing campaigns
- Manage content marketing activities including website updates, blogs, email marketing, and social media campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and marketing effectiveness
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost effective utilization of resources
- Work closely with sales, business development, and external agencies to support business growth initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- At least 2 years in a supervisor role
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple countries or regions
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones and regions

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple countries and regions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, developing regional digital marketing strategies, driving online brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring consistent marketing performance across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple countries and regions.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and projects.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and improve website performance, SEO, SEM, and user engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with regional teams to localize marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with market specific requirements.
- Manage content marketing activities, including website updates, blogs, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
