Work comfortably within an LMS while keeping the focus on content quality and user experience rather than platform administration.

5+ years of experience in digital learning, content development, customer education, enablement, instructional design, multimedia production, or related roles

Strong hands-on experience creating digital learning content

Strong experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity

Experience producing and editing professional video content

Strong writing, scripting, editing, and visual storytelling skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences

Experience working directly with subject matter experts

Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital-learning technologies

Strong visual and content-design instincts

Ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently

High attention to detail and quality

Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment

Advanced experience with generative AI tools for writing, video, voice, translation, graphics, or learning content

Experience with AI video creation, synthetic voice, avatars, automated editing, or multimedia-generation tools

Experience building learning content for enterprise SaaS or technology products

Experience with AI, data, analytics, supply chain, risk, compliance, or enterprise software

Experience with rapid video-production workflows

Experience building certifications or role-based learning programs
