Build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and automated software delivery environments.
Automate software delivery, manage containerized platforms, improve deployment reliability, and integrate security across development and operations.
Workplace
- The role is onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
- Deploy applications with Docker and Helm and develop reusable Helm charts.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement Kubernetes networking, security, access controls, and resource management.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and vulnerability checks in CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and Kubernetes issues.
- Improve reliability, deployment efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and architects.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking and security.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and security or vulnerability scanning integrations.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Cilium.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
- Experience with container registries and artifact management.
- Relevant Kubernetes, cloud, or DevOps certifications.
Education and Competencies
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong automation mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment and support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
