- Translate business requirements into HLD/LLD architectural designs
- Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
- Design secure network architectures (Zero Trust, segmentation, private connectivity)
- Drive FinOps strategies to optimise cloud cost and resource utilisation
- Lead implementation of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and DevOps teams
- Conduct architecture reviews focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience
- Work closely with security and risk teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Drive standardisation and best practices across multi cloud environments
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering
- Strong experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
- Proven expertise in designing hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Experience implementing Zero Trust security models and IAM strategies
- Hands on experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and DevOps pipelines
- Knowledge of FinOps, cost optimisation, and cloud resource management
- Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
- Ability to produce architecture documentation and design artefacts
