Your Key Responsibilities
- Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to strategic initiatives, technical planning, architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
- Partner with software and platform engineering teams to design technology stacks and enable secure, efficient application deployment.
- Design and manage scalable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible or equivalent technologies.
- Build and maintain reliable end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using GitLab CI/CD or comparable platforms.
- Evaluate delivery processes, service maturity and performance indicators, identifying gaps and implementing actionable improvements.
- Work with Security teams to strengthen infrastructure and application protection against cybersecurity threats.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with process and operations teams to standardize working practices and improve cross-team delivery efficiency.
