Job Description
Senior application developer role focused on enterprise Salesforce CRM and customer-facing solutions.
The role integrates Salesforce with Oracle Database and other enterprise systems.
Key solution areas include Knowledge Management, Case Management, client entitlements, and Code Redemption.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers, Flows, and SOQL.
- Support client entitlement, Code Redemption, Knowledge Article management, and Case Management workflows.
- Develop REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends.
- Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL or PL/SQL queries for reporting, migration, and integration use cases.
- Design Knowledge Article structures and Case Management configurations.
- Apply the SDLC from requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and Oracle Database production issues and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, and QA on business requirements and solution design.
- Maintain data models, integration maps, configuration guides, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD delivery practices using Azure DevOps.
