Skill Summary

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development

Expertise in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SFMC development best practices

Experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions

Strong understanding of SFMC data models and customer journey orchestration

Experience with solution design, technical implementation, and deployment

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support marketing automation solutions

Exposure to Salesforce Core integrations is preferred

Self-driven individual with accountability for delivery quality and timelines

Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to improve development efficiency and speed
