Senior Developer - Business Process Solutions - Solect Energy

This position is best suited for an experienced developer with a strong technical foundation and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable owning projects end-to-end and adapting to a dynamic, lean team environment.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with hands-on software development experience.

• Proficient in one or more object-oriented or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Apex, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience building and integrating solutions within a CRM or business process platform
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.)
• Ability to gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders to define solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from requirements through deployment

• Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II); equivalent hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flow) will also be considered
• Experience with AI tools, platforms, or APIs (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, or similar) and ability to apply AI to automate or augment business processes

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Experience with data integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party system connectivity
• Background working in a small, cross-functional team where members are expected to wear multiple hats

The expected starting pay range for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
