Senior Designer

Significant experience in senior design, brand design or creative roles with responsibility for end-to-end creative delivery.

A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel marketing design across digital, web, social, events, presentations and sales enablement.

Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable asset libraries and brand guidelines.

Advanced Figma capability alongside proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience within B2B, financial services, fintech, SaaS, professional services or another regulated environment.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience designing for adviser, wealth management, investment platform or broader financial services audiences (Desirable).

Experience with motion design and video editing.

Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and design automation.
