  • Partner with engineering teams to operationalize and scale internally built AI tools and agentic workflows.
  • Establish AI usage guidelines, evaluation standards, governance practices, prompt libraries, and design quality safeguards.

Design systems and change management

  • Lead change management for Okta's Odyssey design system, including roadmaps, major releases, component updates, and usage guidelines.
  • Operationalize accessibility programs through audits, localized guidelines, and continuous accessibility checks in design workflows.

Program enablement and culture

  • Create standardized operational templates, workflow documentation, and centralized resources for design teams.
  • Measure adoption, effectiveness, time savings, and business impact of deployed AI agents and design tools.
  • Use feedback loops to continuously refine processes.

Experience and capabilities

  • At least 4 years of experience in Design Operations, Creative Operations, or Program Management within complex software or SaaS design organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI design tools, generative AI, LLMs, MCPs, custom Figma plug-ins, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience rolling out operational initiatives, design systems, or accessibility standards across cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of collaboration among UX Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, and Design Systems Engineers.
  • Ability to organize ambiguity, create scalable documentation, and drive initiatives through completion.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts into intuitive guidelines.
  • Deep familiarity with Figma, FigJam, Jira, Confluence, and emerging AI design tooling ecosystems.

Workplace

  • The posting is tagged as hybrid.
  • New employees must attend an in-person orientation in Toronto on the first Tuesday of employment.
