- Ensure compliance with management systems, roles, and responsibilities across project teams
- Act as focal point for all design related matters and drive improvements to delivery plans, tools, and processes
- Support procurement strategies and contractual/legal aspects while promoting technical excellence
- Collaborate with PMO and wider teams, leverage organisational knowledge, and support net zero carbon objectives

Project Overview
- This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
- Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for
- Develops and delivers elements of the annual business plan within agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Leads and manages design resources while overseeing daily design operations across projects.
- Prepares and presents performance data and KPIs to project and functional leadership teams.
- Supports business development, work winning activities, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with management systems, roles, and responsibilities across project teams.
- Acts as the focal point for all design related matters and drives improvements to delivery plans, tools, and processes.
- Supports procurement strategies and contractual/legal aspects while promoting technical excellence and effective communication.
- Collaborates with PMO and wider teams, leverages organisational knowledge, and supports net zero carbon objectives through proactive emissions management.
