- Develops and delivers elements of the annual business plan within agreed deadlines and budgets
- Leads and manages design resources while overseeing daily design operations across projects
- Prepares and presents performance data and KPIs to project and functional leadership teams
- Supports business development, work winning activities, and strategic growth initiatives
- Ensures compliance with management systems, roles, and responsibilities across project teams
- Acts as the focal point for all design related matters and drives improvements to delivery plans, tools, and processes
- Supports procurement strategies and contractual/legal aspects while promoting technical excellence and effective communication
- Collaborates with PMO and wider teams, leverages organisational knowledge, and supports net zero carbon objectives

- Educated to degree level preferably in design relevant discipline (or equivalent)

You’ll Be Responsible For
