Requirements
- Strong Design Engineering skills with experience leading complex product and system designs
- Mechanical Engineering expertise for developing and validating mechanical components and assemblies
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D modeling, drafting, and design optimization
- Electrical Engineering knowledge for integrating electrical and control elements into safety systems
- Product Design capabilities focused on functionality, reliability, manufacturability, and user centered design
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Experience in fire protection, safety systems, or related industries
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project coordination skills
- Effective communication skills in English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Senior Design Engineer role based in Dubai.
- Lead the design and development of life safety products and systems, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing detailed engineering designs, performing calculations, and preparing technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in manufacturing, quality, project management, and sales.
- Guide junior engineers, participate in design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Design Engineering skills with experience leading complex product and system designs.
- Mechanical Engineering expertise for developing and validating mechanical components and assemblies.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D modeling, drafting, and design optimization.
- Electrical Engineering knowledge for integrating electrical and control elements into safety systems.
