Role Description

  • This is a full time on site role for Sales Engineers located in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, provide technical support to clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain long term relationships with clients.

Key Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree: bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Civil or Architecture.
  • Sales Experience: 3 5 years of experience in sales in KSA, preferably within building materials or construction industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sandwich panel products, Space Frame, and standing seam, their applications, and installation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills: Experience managing client relationships and maintaining accurate records.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and Targeting Clients: Locating potential customers in the roofing and wall insulated panel industry.
  • Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Providing Technical Expertise: Offering technical guidance on product selection, application, and installation.
  • Creating Proposals and Quotes: Preparing technical proposals and accurate quotes.
  • Delivering Presentations: Presenting product information and demonstrations.
  • Collaborating Internally: Working with engineering, production, and other teams.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving sales goals and contributing to sales strategies.
  • Providing Customer Support: Offering ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify market needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and closing sales.
