Senior Design Engineer

In this role, you'll work hands-on with product design, testing, manufacturing, and problem solving while leading projects from concept through production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll solve complex engineering challenges and deliver solutions that improve performance, quality, reliability, and customer value. Product Development • Design and improve products to enhance performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost. • Lead product development projects from concept through production launch. • Apply engineering analysis and participate in design reviews, DFM/DFA, and value engineering activities. Continuous Improvement • Drive initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. • Support manufacturing by resolving technical challenges and implementing product enhancements. • Develop new processes, tools, and methodologies that support business growth. Collaboration & Leadership • Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions. • Lead projects, manage priorities, and drive successful execution. • Provide technical guidance and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
