Role Overview
Senior Design Architect opportunity with an architectural practice in Dubai.
Work on high-end hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments across the UAE.
Lead design work from pre-concept through concept and schematic design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to pre-concept, concept, and schematic design stages.
- Develop architectural concepts, design narratives, and creative strategies.
- Produce drawings, diagrams, plans, elevations, 3D studies, presentations, and design packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to materiality, façade concepts, design development, and project aesthetics.
- Mentor junior architects and designers and maintain design, quality, and technical standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- 12+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on design.
- Significant pre-concept, concept, and schematic design experience.
- Portfolio covering luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience in an international architectural or design practice.
- Gulf or Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
Required Skills
- Excellent conceptual, creative, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3D modelling skills are advantageous.
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and clients.
