RBC Borealis is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for agentic AI initiatives.
The role defines how AI agents independently accomplish tasks, manage workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of applied AI, engineering, and product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate processes and resources, identify product limitations, and modify designs to improve client adoption and product quality.
- Gather internal and external feedback to identify new products or improvements to existing products.
- Develop requirements for new products or revisions to existing products and track projects from inception to release.
- Create processes and plans to measure product quality, evaluate results, identify deficiencies, and adjust to client and business needs.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of LLMs and agent-based architectures.
- 4–7 or more years of technical program or product management experience in high-growth startups, SaaS, or complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to understand interactions among AI agents, existing APIs, internal data sources, and other agents.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics to validate hypotheses and evaluate agent effectiveness.
- Ability to solve problems and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments where products are defined in real time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Dify.ai, or CrewAI.
- Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or fintech.
- Zero-to-one product experience, including launching a product from concept to general availability.
