Role overview
Build scalable data solutions that shape customer engagement and marketing performance.
The role supports the MarTech and Marketing Automation team managing SaaS-based marketing technology solutions.
Data infrastructure
- Build and maintain pipelines integrating customer, campaign, and operational data into the CDP and marketing data layer.
- Design data models for segmentation, lifecycle analytics, attribution, and KPI measurement.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, deduplication, and optimization for analytics and reporting.
- Develop event streams and triggers for customer journey orchestration and real-time decision-making.
CDP and analytics enablement
- Enable identity resolution, consent management, and audience readiness within the CDP.
- Provide structured datasets and semantic layers for dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Support marketing and customer data capabilities through reliable, high-quality data solutions.
Governance and collaboration
- Implement lineage, cataloging, validation, and secure data-handling practices.
- Apply GDPR and PII compliance requirements to data governance and quality processes.
