Senior Quality Test Engineer I

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and backend applications.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform defect root cause analysis and recommend preventive actions.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD deployment workflows.
• Validate application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Review requirements, designs, and specifications for testability and quality coverage.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Quality Engineering.
