Xometry is seeking a results-oriented Senior Data Scientist to lead data science across product and business problems.

The role uses analytics, experimentation, and statistical methods to drive decisions and measurable outcomes.

The position is a founding Data Scientist role for Xometry's India Product Development Center.

Champion AI adoption across the software development lifecycle to accelerate data analytics.
Define performance metrics, analyze business drivers, recommend actions, and estimate business impact.
Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and trends.
Design experiments and apply statistical and causal inference methods.
Analyze large datasets using AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and Looker.
Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to shape strategy and communicate findings.
Establish data science practices and help build a high-performing India Product Development Center team.

At least five years of progressive data scientist experience is required.
A bachelor's degree is required; applied math, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering is preferred.
