Opportunity Overview

Data Engineering Delivery

• Deliver complex data engineering projects and drive execution from design through production deployment.
• Design batch and near-real-time pipelines and build reusable ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing frameworks.
• Support legacy workload modernization and Apache Iceberg implementation and optimization.
• Apply standards for schema evolution, partitioning, compaction, metadata management, storage, and query performance.
• Implement data quality, validation, observability, monitoring, and reliability practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

ISMS Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned business processes within the information security management system.
• Manage ISMS documentation, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk treatment plans.
• Conduct business continuity and information security continuity tests with the CISO.
• Monitor and report ISMS performance and implement security policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years of data engineering experience and experience with enterprise-scale data initiatives.
• AWS S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, IAM, and security controls experience.
• Apache Iceberg is preferred; experience with Delta Lake or Hudi is required.
• Experience with dbt and Airflow or Step Functions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark or Spark.

Location

• The role is associated with Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Reliable commuting or planned relocation to Hyderabad before starting is preferred.
