Senior Data Centre Design Manager (Building Services)

Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related) or equivalent.

Proven experience in an engineering consultancy delivering large, complex building services projects, ideally mission critical or data centres.

Structured design management capability, including Project Execution Plans, master programs and trackers, change and risk controls, cost and quality KPIs and commercial stewardship of sub consultant scopes.

Stakeholder engagement skills that build trust across clients, contractors, authorities and vendors, supported by crisp communication and documentation.

Working knowledge of Australian Codes and Standards, for example NCC and AS/NZS, and desirable exposure to BIM coordination tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
