Leads the consulting practice in the creative use of analytical tools within the consulting arena by working across the organization to develop new analytical methods and tools that provide insight to our clients and their support teams.

Analyze the client's underlying claims, demographic, and other HR related data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for both internal consultant and external client consumption.

Responsible for negotiating data receipt, processing raw data, analyzing trends, visualizing data in the form of charts and graphs and communicating results via formal written presentation to client.

• Serves as a data visualization subject matter expert by translating data into consumable charts and graphs within project assignments and individual ad-hoc Service Team/Consultant work.
• Develops methodologies and techniques to identify, analyze and track important data metrics regarding items such as plan design trends, claims utilization patterns, diagnosis patterns, and other financial and marketing indicators.
• Maintains applicable knowledge of internal staff and external vendor solutions to address client opportunities;
• Offers prescriptive solutions to internal and external clients that address identified opportunities.
• Provides methods and measurements to determine and track effectiveness of implemented solutions as well as corrective solutions where relevant.
