Licensed Specialist I

Alliant Insurance is hiring a Licensed Specialist I for our MIC Insurance office in Kinnelon, NJ!

• Full-time, working 1 evening a week during AEP as well as occasional weekends
• This role supports clients with Medicare products, offering services via email, phone, virtually, and through educational videos
• Hybrid office position, required to be in office 1 day a week, as well as additional days whenever an in-office appointment is scheduled

SUMMARY Responsible for providing a wide variety of support services locally to promote the company's product portfolio via the telephone, in-person appointments and internet to support the Company's reputation of excellence and to increase company revenue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult and educate on one product line in person, over the phone and through email to identify customers’ needs in the Resident State
• Quote and educate customers on company products and services
• Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information
• Update and maintain customer interactions and data by recording detailed notes in the CRM in accordance with policies and procedures
• Assist customers by enrolling in both on and off-exchange policies
• Deliver sales presentations to educate, inform and provide solutions to potential customers
• Communicate with consumers regularly regarding product information, rate changes and key benefits
• Assist with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management
• Candidates will be creating and recording educational/informational/product-related videos to be sent to clients.
