Role Overview

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience is required; the description also references 16+ years.
• Strong SQL query writing and query optimization skills are required.
• Strong data analysis and data or database concepts knowledge are required.
• Banking or finance domain project experience is required.
• Candidates should be open and eager to reskill.

Data and Analysis

• Perform data discovery and identify data sources.
• Analyze data quality and data integrity issues.
• Support data cleansing and data enrichment.
• Suggest and coordinate improvements to data and systems.
• Conduct data discovery, cleaning, and testing activities for subsidiaries.

Documentation and Coordination

• Document processes and suggest system improvements.
• Support vendors with business-rule documentation and rule validation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and validate reconciliation processes.
• Finalize functional specifications covering business rules, data mapping, reconciliation, exceptions, and completeness.
• Liaise with subsidiary data, Risk, Finance, and IT teams.

Testing and Delivery

• Support integration activities with the FIS Balance-sheet manager solution.
• Define entry and exit criteria for SIT and UAT.
• Create test scenarios covering data quality, reconciliation, completeness, reports, business rules, data flows, and exceptions.
• Create test scripts and validate iterative test results.
• Support go-live, post-go-live issue resolution, and report development processes.

Stakeholder and Business Support

• Present findings on data challenges to senior stakeholders.
• Participate in data workshops to align subsidiary and international-entity data structures.
• Understand subsidiary business rules and support their automation.
• Validate reconciliation processes.
