Opportunity
The role ensures accurate, timely, and complete pricing and reference data for trading activity, NAV calculations, client reporting, and regulatory reporting.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring four days per week in the 100 Bishopsgate office in London.
What You Will Do
- Maintain security, fund, broker, benchmark, and reference data in IVP Security Master, SimCorp Dimension, Charles River, and Wall Street Office.
- Execute daily pricing of bonds, derivatives, equities, and loans in IVP Price Master.
- Manage pricing exceptions and verify values using Bloomberg, Pricing Direct, ICE Data Services, Refinitiv, and S&P.
- Investigate and resolve pricing and reference data issues.
- Identify control gaps and recommend mitigation measures.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python.
- Collaborate on initiatives and ensure correct data flow and translations.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across Investment Desks, IT, Risk, Fund Accounting, and Performance and Attribution.
- Support system upgrade projects and monitor data or process change impacts.
- Provide weekly updates to senior management.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a Data Analyst role is required.
- Data literacy and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Intermediate Python knowledge is required.
- Demonstrable use of generative AI is required.
- Strong communication skills are required.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in asset management is preferred.
- A degree in STEM or Finance is preferred.
- SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Security mastering experience is preferred.
