Responsibilities
- Être l'expert data pour l'aide à la décision : recherche de problèmes, analyses approfondies, ML, rapports et visualisations
- Mener des projets stratégiques : résoudre des défis complexes avec analyses avancées, automatisation, BI, prévisions et simulations
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des expériences pour influencer l'expérience client
- Développer et maintenir des rapports évolutifs et des modèles ML pour l'accès en libre service
- Devenir un conseiller de confiance : comprendre les besoins des parties prenantes et développer des solutions data
- Encourager la croissance et la collaboration : encadrer les analystes, établir des normes et meilleures pratiques
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ ans d'expérience en analytique senior en entreprise, en milieu de vente au détail
- Maîtrise de SQL (optimisation), Python (préparation, analyse, visualisation, ML, automatisation) et Power BI (modélisation, DAX, M, UX)
- Expérience dans la résolution de problèmes métier complexes avec des méthodes statistiques, modélisation ou ML
- Expérience de collaboration avec divers intervenants et capacité à communiquer des concepts complexes

Are you a proactive Senior Data Analyst?
- We are currently hiring for a 12 month fixed term opportunity within our Data Analytics Team.
- We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office in Vancouver, BC.
What you’ll do as a Senior Data Analyst
- Be the go to data expert for business decision support: conduct problem research, deep dive analysis, apply advanced analytics and ML techniques.
- Lead the way on strategic projects: tackle complex challenges using standard and advanced analytics, automation, BI, forecasting, and simulations.
- Innovate for tomorrow: design and implement experiments that directly influence our customer experience.
- Build the tools of transformation: develop and maintain scalable reporting and machine learning models.
- Become a trusted advisor: build deep understanding of stakeholder needs and develop data solutions.
- Champion for growth and collaboration: mentor fellow analysts, establish best practices.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 4+ years of senior analytics experience executing enterprise analytics initiatives in a retail setting.
- Mastery of SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Experience breaking down complex business problems into actionable data solutions using statistical methods, modeling, or ML.
- Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders and making complex data concepts clear.
