- Partner with engineering and delivery teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable and reliable experiences
- Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand pain points and translate business needs into product backlog items
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex operational domains (retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post purchase experiences) for reverse logistics role
- Hands on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return to vendor, write offs/disposition, shipping) for reverse logistics role
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex, customer facing ecosystems (telecom, retail, or transactional platforms) for mobile activation role
- Experience with telecom activation workflows including plan selection, provisioning, and real time transaction processing for mobile activation role
- Experience leading cross functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through roadmaps and backlogs
- Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive customer data (PII) with understanding of privacy and security requirements for mobile activation role

Reverse Logistics Role Responsibilities
- Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for Reverse Logistics.
- Lead an agile, cross functional delivery team to build scalable and reliable platforms supporting reverse logistics and returns operations.
- Serve as functional domain expert in reverse logistics, connecting technical implementation with business context.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to build strong working relationships.
- Contribute to the broader reverse logistics modernization journey.
Mobile Activation Role Responsibilities
- Deliver on the product roadmap for Mobile Phone Activations product.
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable and reliable experiences.
- Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand pain points and translate business needs into product backlog items.
- Serve as functional domain expert in Mobile Phone Activations.
- Contribute to the end to end mobile activation evolution, unlocking value from integrated carrier, financing, and fulfillment capabilities.
Reverse Logistics Role Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex operational domains (retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post purchase experiences).
- Hands on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return to vendor, write offs/disposition, shipping).
- Experience leading cross functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through well shaped roadmaps, backlogs, and clear outcome measures.
- Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams.
Mobile Activation Role Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex, customer facing ecosystems (telecom, retail, or transactional platforms).
- Experience with telecom activation workflows including plan selection, provisioning, and real time transaction processing across multiple carrier partners.
- Hands on experience designing customer and front line associate experiences.
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive customer data (PII) with understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong operational mindset with familiarity in piloting and iterations for front line associates.

Compensation
- Annualized compensation range: CAD 95,000 CAD 106,000.
