The Role
Join Soho House's Data & Analytics team as a commercially minded and strategic Senior Data Analyst.
The role supports commercial trading operations, strategic planning, growth decisions, and performance measurement.
Strategic analysis and growth insight
- Partner with FP&A and senior stakeholders to deliver analysis for long-term planning, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Analyse market performance and member behavior to uncover growth insights.
Trading insights and reporting
- Own trading insights and operational reporting.
- Develop and automate performance dashboards and maintain core KPIs.
- Provide reporting used by the Executive team and senior leaders to review performance and make decisions.
Reporting and KPI ownership
- Work with Finance to develop management reporting and define critical business KPIs.
- Build and own data models and dbt pipelines end-to-end, from raw data to leadership dashboards.
