Role Overview
Soho House is hiring a Membership Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and membership projects across its global estate.
The role works with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Soho Support, payments, and membership operations teams.
The position reports to the Global Head of Membership Operations.
Systems and CRM
- Support membership emails and related data with the Marketing Cloud team.
- Support Salesforce user testing for Membership requirements.
- Act as an internal Salesforce champion, handle user requests, and maintain knowledge of database use.
- Produce reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Omni.
- Support feature rollouts, uphold standards, and communicate new functionality to relevant teams.
Membership Operations
- Support projects involving new House openings, payment systems, and system changes.
- Own assigned membership operations workstreams.
- Maintain a global inventory of membership supplies.
- Oversee the membership credit process from start to finish.
- Maintain orders and process returns for anniversary membership cards.
