The analyst works across business processes, systems, integrations, and data on moderately complex initiatives.
Business and solution analysis
- Investigate business problems and opportunities across people, processes, technology, information, and data.
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and data requirements.
- Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and solution requirements.
- Support solution design, delivery, testing, business acceptance, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
- Assess proposed changes for business, operational, and technical impacts, dependencies, and risks.
Systems and technical analysis
- Analyse system interactions, integrations, APIs, interfaces, and end-to-end solution flows.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, systems, data flows, and user interactions.
