Job Description
The Senior Customer Development Manager will deliver business metrics for Mars Snacking Canada for a large retailer account.
The role is accountable for trade management and profitable growth through distribution, promotion, pricing, planogram, innovation, and shelving execution.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Bolton with regular in-office collaboration expected.
- The position offers flexibility, including remote work, to support business outcomes and personal needs.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail or account-level CPG sales.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve profitable sales and share growth against sales plan objectives.
- Execute merchandising, new item acceptance, assortment optimization, budget adherence, and customer relationship activities.
- Act as the key customer contact for daily operations with Walmart.
