Jobber is hiring a Senior Customer Analytics Manager for its Analytics team and Strategy & Analytics department.
This is a senior individual contributor leadership role without direct people management responsibility.
The role owns important Customer Analytics domains, shapes analytical roadmaps, mentors analysts, and influences senior stakeholders.
Strategic customer analytics
- Lead analysis across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, product adoption, monetization, retention, expansion, customer quality, and long-term customer value.
- Define and govern KPIs, evaluate strategic initiatives, and translate complex business questions into actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, customer experience, prioritization, and durable customer value.
Decision support and experimentation
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, target setting, business cases, and resource allocation decisions.
- Develop measurement strategies for A/B tests, pilots, campaigns, lifecycle programs, product initiatives, and operational changes.
- Apply impact evaluation, scenario analysis, simulation modelling, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
