Role Overview
Grandiose is seeking a Senior Creative Designer for its e-commerce app and sub-brands.
The role leads creative direction and execution for customer-facing digital assets across multiple digital touchpoints.
The role combines creative leadership with commercial awareness to deliver engaging, on-brand work aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a design team responsible for creative output across the e-commerce app and sub-brands.
- Oversee homepage banners, campaign pages, category visuals, promotional placements, push notification graphics, and landing page visuals.
- Direct campaign and content execution for sub-brands while maintaining distinct identities within the wider brand ecosystem.
- Direct digital advertising assets across paid social, display, CRM, affiliate, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, CRM, content, and commercial teams on creative solutions.
- Develop concepts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, launches, acquisition campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Review and approve design work for quality, consistency, relevance, and attention to detail.
- Build design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Optimize creative workflows, briefing processes, and timelines.
- Use performance insights and campaign results to improve engagement and conversion.
