Role Overview
Join the CRM and Loyalty team as a hands-on CRM Executive responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on CRM campaigns.
Work across customer data, segmentation, campaign execution, lifecycle marketing, retention, and conversion.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and other customer touchpoints.
- Set up audiences, journeys, triggers, schedules, personalization, and campaign configurations.
- Perform quality assurance for audiences, content, links, tracking, personalization, and suppression rules.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot execution issues, and support automated customer journeys.
Coordination and Personalization
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Commercial, Data, and Business teams.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into CRM campaign requirements and manage briefs, timelines, dependencies, and approvals.
- Build segments using customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, demographics, RFM, and lifecycle stage.
- Execute personalized campaigns and optimize audience segments for relevance and performance.
