Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
• Set objectives and priorities while working proactively as part of the team.
• Coordinate information and financial control with other managers.
• Undertake cost management services with limited supervision.
• Deliver accurate and timely work outputs.
• Support team and service leaders in project cost management.
• Represent the company professionally and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous technical delivery experience within a global consultancy firm.
• Previous datacentre construction experience is preferred.
• Middle East experience is essential.
• Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
• MRICS membership is preferred.
• A well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and commercially astute approach is required.
