Senior Cost Controller

Our client is looking for a Senior Cost Controller, based in Jeddah, to take ownership of cost management and financial control within a complex business environment.

The role will oversee cost performance, analyse financial variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.

You will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to strengthen cost controls and improve financial visibility.

This position requires a highly independent finance professional who can handle complex issues, take ownership of problems, and find practical solutions with minimal supervision.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 5 to 7 years of experience in cost control or a closely related finance role
• Strong SAP and SAP S/4HANA experience is a must
• ACCA, CA, or CMA qualification is mandatory
• Strong experience working within a complex business setup
• Proven ability to analyse cost performance and investigate financial variances independently
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex problems and resolving them
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders
