An FMCG start-up is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Dubai to drive brand growth and support expansion across GCC markets.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports.
The role requires ownership of marketing initiatives and independent execution in a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies and strengthen the company’s presence across GCC markets.
- Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Turn market plans into action and build the marketing function independently.
Required profile
- At least 8 years of FMCG experience, including current experience in an FMCG food and beverage business.
- Experience working across at least 3 to 4 GCC countries.
- Demonstrated hands-on go-to-market and GCC business expansion experience.
- Experience across both multinational and local FMCG businesses.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and execution capabilities.
- Comfort operating independently in a start-up and fast-paced environment.
