We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to oversee project delivery across timeframes, budgets, and risk for a transformative mixed-use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia. You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversees project delivery across timeframes, budgets and risk
- Leads end-to-end project management from inception to completion
- Aligns delivery with stakeholder expectations through clear communication
- Champions Safety First and promotes wellbeing across all teams
- Provides subject-matter expertise to strengthen wider Mace programmes
- Drives collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams
- Manages programme integration across design, procurement and delivery
- Leads strategic initiatives including business development and commercial performance
- Partners with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and embed best practice
- Leads and develops teams while driving continuous improvement and excellence
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work
