Senior Coordinator – Agent Communication, Engagement, and Events

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to support recruitment and brand awareness initiatives across assigned institutions.
• Create and manage Salesforce marketing campaigns, campaign administration, and lead uploads in collaboration with Business Development teams.
• Develop marketing content and copy for emails, webinars, events, WhatsApp communications, promotional materials, landing pages, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate artwork requests through Jira, manage stakeholder feedback, and ensure timely approval and delivery of creative assets.
• Organise and coordinate webinars, recruitment events, roadshows, and partner engagement activities, including promotional communications, registrations, logistics, and post-event reporting.
• Manage agent communications and engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with recruitment partners and support recruitment objectives.
• Prepare, analyse, and distribute operational, recruitment, campaign, admissions, and agent performance reports using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate printing requests, branded merchandise, supplier quotations, vendor communications, approvals, and delivery of marketing collateral.
• Maintain campaign planners, project trackers, and operational documentation to ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule.
• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Salesforce, and Design teams to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, follow up on outstanding actions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support operational processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects that enhance marketing effectiveness and recruitment operations.
• Ensure all marketing activities, communications, and campaigns comply with brand guidelines and organisational standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Perform other marketing, operational, and project coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in higher education, international student recruitment, or a global organisation is preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and virtual event platforms is highly desirable.
