Role Summary
Support global Record-to-Report operations by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement within a global capability center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post manual journal entries for accruals, prepaids, bank, payroll, and reclassifications.
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities according to global timelines.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations with documentation and follow-up on open items.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and alignment with US GAAP, IFRS, and accounting policies.
- Support management reporting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and business finance teams to resolve issues.
- Meet service-level timelines and comply with internal controls and SOX requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Participate in transition activities and knowledge transfer when applicable.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes and accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
