Senior Controller - Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or a related subject
• 10+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, ideally in FP&A
• 3+ years of leadership experience and strong people management skills
• A self-starter who can work independently and inspire others both in and outside of reporting org
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to influence a desired outcome
• Organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflows, both individually and across a team of 10+ individuals
• Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to executive management
• Attention to detail and approaches work with initiative and a strong sense of urgency
• Business partnership skills and the demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and across geographical boundaries
• Proficient with MS Office with Expert Excel knowledge
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred

• A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is CAD$145,000 - $160,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package
