Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, influencer, and digital channels
- Create engaging short form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, from concept to execution
- Film, edit, and publish social first videos, reels, and behind the scenes content
- Write compelling copy for social media, emails, product launches, and campaigns
- Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into content that feels fresh and native
- Collaborate with designers, creators, and the wider team to bring campaigns to life
- Help shape and evolve Nutrili's brand voice across every touchpoint
- Analyze content and campaign performance to continuously improve engagement and growth
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement
- Hands on experience creating and editing content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar
- Comfortable being behind the camera and behind the edit
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English
- Experience scripting and ideating for video content
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Passion for wellness, fitness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big plus

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, influencer, and digital channels.
