Nutrili is seeking an Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Execution Lead to build and scale the operational backbone for ecommerce and marketplace channels across UAE, KSA, and the region.

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational tasks across ecommerce and marketplace channels
- Track delayed, blocked, or unresolved operational issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely execution
- Follow up on marketplace operational requirements, uploads, and updates
- Support stock movements and marketplace transfer execution
- Prepare operational readiness checklists for campaigns and sales events
- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Build processes that improve speed, accuracy, visibility, and accountability
- Create clear weekly updates on operational risks, blockers, and priorities
- Ensure no operational issue is left without an owner, deadline, and follow up
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, order operations, fulfillment operations, or high volume ecommerce execution
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or a high volume ecommerce environment
- Understanding of order flow, fulfillment coordination, stock movement, warehouse communication, logistics follow up, marketplace execution requirements, and operational issue resolution
- Highly organized, process oriented, and execution focused
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Hands on, proactive, and accountable

Role Overview
- Nutrili is looking for an Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Execution Lead to build, optimize, and scale the operational backbone behind ecommerce and marketplace channels.
- Role sits at the center of operational execution across Shopify, Amazon, Noon, warehouse partners, logistics partners, and internal teams.
What you will own
- Daily ecommerce and marketplace operational execution
- Order flow and fulfillment coordination
- Warehouse and logistics follow up
- Marketplace execution tasks and uploads
- Stock movement coordination
- Campaign and sales event operational readiness
- Operational issue tracking and resolution
- SOPs, checklists, and process building
- Weekly operational visibility and reporting
- Cross functional follow up across internal and external partners
What you will do

Who you are
- 4 to 7 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, order operations, fulfillment operations, or high volume ecommerce execution.
- Worked with Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or a high volume ecommerce environment.
- Understand order flow, fulfillment coordination, stock movement, warehouse communication, logistics follow up, marketplace execution requirements, and operational issue resolution.
- Highly organized, process oriented, and execution focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Enjoy solving operational complexity and building scalable systems.
- Hands on, proactive, and accountable.
