Role Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Content Creator & Brand Strategist to join our team in Dubai.
  • This is a creative leadership role for someone who thinks in stories, speaks in content, and can translate brand thinking into scroll stopping execution across social platforms.
  • You’ll own the content strategy for multiple brands, drive ideation, and be hands on with production — from concept to caption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own content strategies for multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned to brand objectives and campaign briefs.
  • Ideate and conceptualise original content formats — reels, carousels, stories, short form video — tailored to each brand’s tone and audience.
  • Write compelling copy and captions that are on brand, platform native, and conversion aware.
  • Actively contribute to new business pitches — developing content strategies, creative concepts, and platform recommendations as part of agency proposals.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to craft pitch narratives that are insight led and creatively differentiated.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and performance teams to bring ideas to life end to end.
  • Present content strategies and creative directions to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments relevant to our brand categories.
  • Provide creative direction on shoots and content production sessions.
  • Analyse content performance and iterate strategies based on insights and data.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in content creation, brand strategy, or social media.
  • Agency experience is a must — candidates from in house or brand side only will not be considered.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand work across social media platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC market, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in short form video content and reels first thinking.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience working across FMCG, F&B, lifestyle, or similar brand categories preferred.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and managing feedback cycles.
  • Self driven, collaborative, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
