Accounts Payable Management

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

Supplier Reconciliation

• Reconcile supplier statements of accounts to ensure all invoices and payments are properly recorded.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers when necessary.

Payment Processing

• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, including bank transfers and WPS processing (if applicable).

Accounts Receivable Management

• Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.

Quotation Tracking

• Monitor all approved quotations to ensure timely invoicing.

Petty Cash Handling

• Manage and monitor the company’s petty cash fund and related records.

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Apply for and renew company licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process employee visa and insurance renewals.
• Monitor and maintain employee daily attendance records.
• Management of office supplies ordering & restocking.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 Years of experience in the field is required.
• Experience using Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
