Key Responsibilities
- Understand founder intent and business objectives.
- Advise on optimal Mainland and Free Zone company structures.
- Design commercially viable setup pathways.
- Negotiate and close mandates.
- Own revenue and margin outcomes for client engagements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless execution.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of UAE business setup consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of the UAE regulatory landscape and jurisdictions.
- Ability to close client mandates independently.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client management ability.
- Prompt, proactive, and accountable working style.
