Role Description
Monitor, inspect, and test processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work with consulting, technology, operations, design, PPC, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
Document findings, prepare quality reports and dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain quality plans in line with customer, product, and applicable quality requirements.
- Coordinate third-party inspection agencies and ensure required inspections are completed.
- Monitor product and process quality against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and review or validate inspection and testing activities, including NDE requirements.
- Manage identification and traceability of valves and components throughout production and delivery.
- Evaluate supplier quality based on inspection and first-piece approval.
- Audit outsourced special processes for compliance with quality requirements.
- Handle non-conformities through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality documentation and records and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
- Support validation and verification of new products and special processes.
- Coordinate with design, PPC, and other departments to resolve quality issues before delivery.
- Communicate customer requirements throughout product realization and support quality objectives, risk assessments, contingency planning, and continuous improvement.

Prevention and resolution of non-conformities.
Minimization of field failures related to manufacturing or component quality.
Requirements
- Prepare and maintain quality plans aligned with customer, product, and applicable quality requirements.
- Monitor product and process quality against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and review or validate inspection and testing activities, including NDE requirements.
- Evaluate supplier quality and outsourced special-process compliance.
