• Develop insights into industry and technology trends and share them with the wider practice.
• Contribute to team thought leadership.
• Document assignments and create case studies where appropriate.

Practice Contribution

• Complete company administration, including timesheets, appraisals, and expenses.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and improve engagements using available tools, methods, assets, and information sources.
• Organize intellectual property and knowledge assets for central repositories and reuse.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams and participate in communities.
• Propose new service offerings and demonstrate value through innovation and subject matter expertise.
• Provide training and demonstrations, develop reusable artefacts, and share knowledge.
