Role Overview
The Senior Consultant - Project Controls role is part of WSP’s Properties and Buildings team.
The role requires managing multiple priorities, meeting demanding deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality.
The position includes structured mentorship, continuous skill development, and exposure to high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary project teams including project managers, engineers, designers, contract administrators, and sub-consultants.
- Perform budgeting, cost management, forecasting, earned value, contract administration, invoicing, change management, and risk management tasks.
- Implement progress measurement methods and earned value systems for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Prepare, manage, and update Project Execution Plans, financial forecasts, resource plans, and schedules.
- Present operational information to senior management clearly and confidently.
- Create data visualizations and use Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to clean, transform, validate, and model data.
- Develop in-house applications to automate project management, operations, and reporting.
